Services

Please reach out and we can schedule a free 15-minute call to discuss your chosen destination, tentative dates, budget, travel preferences, and desired trip outcome. If there will be research involved, I’ll request the below Travel Design fee. I would love to help you book at least your lodging, which is included in the Design Fee, but you are welcome to book aspects of your trip à la carte or have me manage bookings for a fee.

Service	Charge	Notes
Travel Design	The lesser of either $100/destination or $35/day	Design charge is per group, not per person. Here, a destination refers to a location you plan to stay at overnight. Includes flight/train/driving, accommodation and activity recommendations. We can then of course tweak the final choices based on your preferences. I would love to help you book at least your lodging, but you are welcome to book aspects of your trip à la carte or have me manage bookings for a fee (see fee schedule below).
Lodging	No Charge	Included!
Ground Transfer	$15/journey	Charge is per journey, not per person. No charge if offered as included service by hotel.
International Airfare	$100/reservation	Charge is per reservation, not per person, leg or direction, so typically this is $100 per trip; however, if for example the outbound and return flights are booked with different airlines, or if members of a group book separately, then that would be considered multiple reservations.
Domestic Airfare	$50/reservation	See International Airfare notes.
International Rail	$25/journey	Charge is per journey, not per person or segment.
Domestic Rail	$15/journey	Charge is per journey, not per person or segment.
Rental Car	$15/reservation
Cruises	$75/per person (up to 46 days prior to departure) $100/per person (22-45 days prior to departure) $150/per person (0-21 days prior to departure)
Additional Concierge Services (tours, restaurant reservations, amusement park entry, etc.)	hourly rate at $45/hr, prorated to each quarter hour	I can give you an estimate in advance or how long I anticipate reservation research/supplier contact will take.
Cancellation management	$25/reservation
